  • Eligibility: Learners must be at least 16 years of age. For paid programs, parental/guardian consent may be required if the learner is under 18.
  • Programs & Services: All program details (duration, curriculum, fees) are provided on our official website. Edygrad reserves the right to modify program content, schedules, or trainers without prior notice to improve quality.
  • User Responsibilities: Students must provide accurate information during registration and maintain respectful behavior during all sessions. Misconduct may lead to termination without refund.
  • Intellectual Property: All course materials, designs, and content are the property of Edygrad. Learners may not copy, share, or resell Edygrad content without written consent.
  • Liability Disclaimer: Edygrad does not guarantee job placement. We provide training, mentorship, internships, and certifications to enhance employability.
  • Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Edygrad, we value transparency and student trust. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our programs.

Program Fees
  • All program fees must be paid in full (or as per the agreed installment plan) before the program begins.
Cancellation by Student
  • Up to 7 days before program start date: 80% refund.
  • Within 7 days of program start date: 50% refund.
  • After program commencement: No refund will be provided.
Cancellation by Edygrad
  • If Edygrad cancels a program due to unforeseen reasons, students may choose between:
    • A full refund, or
    • Enrollment in the next available batch.
Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days through the original mode of payment.
